Sarah is a board certified music therapist from Dallas, TX. She completed her undergraduate degree in music therapy at Texas Woman's University, and is now back at TWU to pursue her master's in music therapy. 

During her clinical experiences, Sarah worked with various populations, such as:

• Children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities

• Senior adults in a memory care facility

• Incarcerated adolescents in a juvenile detention facility 

Sarah completed her 6-month internship at Denton ISD. During this time, she visited several schools and held telehealth sessions with children and adolescents with disabilities. She also got the opportunity to work with elementary and preschool aged children with hearing impairments. 

After obtaining her board certification, Sarah began working at Wildflower Music Therapy and will continue to work towards her graduate degree.
